Very easy to creat a work order. Paid the fee service showed up and did an amazing job with my furnace.

It was a very easy completion of my problem with American Home Shield. My refrigerator stopped working. I was in contact within one day. They had it set up for me to look at refrigerators and decide what I wanted or did I want exactly what I had I made the choice I was notified that the company would contact me and bring it on a certain date. It came in seven days. The old one was taken out. The new one was put in and all was well. It was a very easy experience.
