Customer Service has been professional & helpful in scheduling service. The last needed service was for electrical work. I am still waiting to hear back from the electric company about whether AHS will approve payment for one part of the kitchen lighting problem, but I am hopeful they will approve the request. Sometimes the contract wording could be interpreted differently & technicians may have experienced requests for certain issues being regularly denied by warranty companies. American Home Shield (AHS) to the rescue once again! I have had my heat pump, microwave, refrigerator, and now garage door opener serviced since signing with AHS. Every time it has been a great experience. They always send me highly qualified five star service technicians and quick. AHS has saved me thousands of dollars. Signing up with AHS was one of the best decisions I ever made. Thank you AHS! I'm a customer for life!

We had to call AHS for a washing machine problem. The company they recommended returned our call immediately and we were able to schedule that day! The repairman was prompt, friendly, and was able to analyze the problem and fixed our washing machine within an hour!
I have had nothing but wonderful things to say about AHS. Fast, reliable, excellent customer service. No games, they stand behind their work, referrals. If you're a homeowner and do not have this inexpensive policy, you need to stop what you're doing and sign up. It will save you thousands of dollars.

After having three other home warranty companies I switched to American Home Shield and they are the BEST!!! They always do service without any excuses. Age of appliances doesn't matter and they fix everything if they can , if not they replace it !! Great customer service too !!
