Response was quick and the tech was great. Explained the issue and fixed it.
Would have been a 5 star except for having to pay required service fee of $75 for same problem on an appliance just because it was over 3 months . Refrigerator freezer stopped cooling 1 yr ago. Same issue again this time and yet asked to pay $75.
We had a leaky water heater. Reported it on Tuesday night and had a new heater installed on Thursday night. Very pleased.

I called at 7pm on a Tuesday, I had a service tec at my house at 8 am the next morning. I smelled a burning smell coming from my heater. He took care of the problem....changed my filter and was finished in less than a hour. Great service.
