I wanted to talk to a person, not a computer when I called
As a new home owner in New York I hesitated getting a warranty just because I did not want to spend the money. But soon realize that it was the best decision I made especially picking American Home Shield ! The homes in New York is by far have low standards in construction than in California. With that said our heater, air condition even our stove was service and both the air conditioner and the furnace needed to be replace and they used their own contractor which by the way American Home Shield chose the best !
