When I called to schedule a technician to come look at my dryer my call was answered with no hold time. A company was assigned to contact me and they immediately contacted me to schedule a next day appointment. The technician came out first thing the next day and when it was determined that there was no longer a part to fix the dryer I was sent a link to purchase a new dryer. American Home Shield was amazingly efficient in getting my problem resolved in the fastest and best way possible. This is no ordinary warranty company ... read more
