My experience overall was great. The only negative that I faced was the first company recommended for my repair was rude & unable to get service out for several days. However when I called AHS back, they promptly got service for me with a professional, competent & quick response time.

American Home Shield is so very fast and efficient at sending the perfect technicians for the right job. When our oven went out, they were there the next day to check it and had it replaced that same evening.
