My problem was handled quickly and professionally. I'm sorry my frozen pipe wasn't covered as it is in a insulated garage.

So far everything has gone well. The replacement microwave is temporarily out of stock and it looks like it won't be available until May 1st and the shopping Email says it only good for 21 days which is about a week short.
