Good coverage and good service. also a good network of contractors
They come through every time. There has only been one not great vendor.
Great customer service and fast at fixing the problem

AHS is always responsive, and when a repair doesn't solve the problem, they follow up until a resolution is achieved.
Most of their contractors are good, however on a few occasions, we were not satisfied with workmanship
Several times there is a long wait on hold when you need to talk to someone that can answer a question that you can't get answered thru the website.
