I don’t have a choice of service providers. AHS would not tell me how much they paid for the new HVAC so I did not know how much money I saved.

They seem great as home warranty goes. It is a business model rife with difficulty in determining value, and all of the hype in marketing even to current customers makes it seem as though value is not strong enough to carry.

Ahs was great and got the technician out the next day to access the problem. Since it was Friday. I am sure that is why the part was ordered Monday. I reached out on Wed for an update and she penciled us in for Thursday AM.. since she could see part should be arriving. I told her Thank you.. especially with the long July 4th weekend coming up. Easy to use and no waiting on permissions to get things done. When I put in the request the contractor contacted me to schedule a repair date and they came and fixed the issue and that was it. Very easy experience and nothing to worry about.

I have multiple service calls and they do what they say. Technicians come out to the house. They send a repair company out to the house. If they can fix it, they make the repair. If the appliance is too badly damaged, they give you a new one of comparable type
