The appliance or issue is a rather serious one, you report it and AHS says the contractor will be in touch to schedule. Each time I've requested service it's a week or more out which can be problematic if it's a major appliance like a washer or dryer. It doesn't give me peace of mind if it's this length of wait especially if it's something major like a roof leak, a fridge that's completely failed or worse. I even called in a leaking skylight and still have t heard from anyone yet. That was two months ago. Im it feeling total... read more

Only had AHS for about three months when my dryer started squealing loudly. Called for service with model number and problem. Respresentative arrived on time with suspected replacement part in hand. Within twenty minutes, my dryer was purring. Representative, Bobby, was knowledgeable and personable. Could not ask for better service.

The response to my request was quick and efficient. The initial visit showed that I needed my microwave replaced. I was sent options, I selected my replacement and it was installed right away. The entire process took about a week. I am extremely happy with my results.
