Generally fast service and good coverage. Almost always find that some portion of the repair is not covered. For example one broken spring on a garage door. Was told only the broken one is covered but it is highly recommended to replace the other spring at the same time. Had to pay for that. Same with a toilet repair today.

It depends on the service person that comes, it seems like it's one extreme or the other. The electrician was horrible and the plumber was great.
