The air conditioner guy that came out was quick knowledgeable and fix the problem. I've been very disappointed with home shield a few times there excuse for not fixing some thing as always how it's not up to the current standards

You get what AHS says you're buying. I've had to use my warranty 2 or 3 times and they have always performed with zero issues. Every homeowner should have AHS!!

Generally fast service and good coverage. Almost always find that some portion of the repair is not covered. For example one broken spring on a garage door. Was told only the broken one is covered but it is highly recommended to replace the other spring at the same time. Had to pay for that. Same with a toilet repair today.
