Always have a good response when I call and usually a tech. comes out in less than a week and though no fault of their own sometimes I have to wait on a part that has to be ordered to come in. AHS is a great company to work with.

We have had AHS for about 20years and they have been essential in keeping our household running smoothly. We have had them fix a leaking faucet to replacing an air conditioner and everything in between. As in any relationship, we have had some challenges together but AHS has never disappeared nor neglected their part, I would recommend them to anyone
I rated it only 4 stars because I was not able to speak with a human being. However, even though the computerized format was irritating, the company did respond very promptly with contact for the repair company. The company I was referred to also responded ASAP and that was awesome.
Just had motor replaced in HVAC system in record time. Super happy.
My washing machine quit and they sent someone the next day. My new one is in route and will be installed one week after they looked at it. Fast courteous service and very easy to work with.
We had a problem with our HVAC System. AHS contacted a service representative in our area. He was very efficient and knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He diagnosed the problem and within 24 hours AHS had authorized the repair of all the issues. This was the first time having a home warranty and would highly recommend AHS to anyone considering purchasing a home warranty.
AHS dispatched TMD, replaced the water heater in two days! Totally happy with our experience, I highly recommend both!
