I had a bad experience with a different home warranty company, so I cancelled with them. AHS was a much better experience. It was easy to submit a claim, a service provider was immediately contacted. The person who came did an excellent job and even had the replacement I needed, without having to wait, couldn't be happier

Home shield is a great investment. Each time I needed their service I have been treat fair, if they can't fix it they will provide you with a new one.

My 1st experience was bad because I had to wait a week to get an air condition tech. It was over 90 in my house. I had to call a private company because I feared for my health and my dog. My 2nd experience with AHS was great. Plumber came in a reasonable time and did a great job.
