I had two issues they were both handled promptly. They use great professionals, one case with a Refig they used Sears A&E, in the other a well known plumber.

Some people are hard to understand but she was not.
They solve my problem and was an easy process. Since the appliance could not be fixed they replaced with a similar one without any problem

(1) Fridge repair was great; (2) microwave repair was made, then had another issue just after 30 days, so would cost another service fee to come out again, which was disappointing.

Customer Service Reps are too difficult to understand! English is not their first language! The companies who serviced my requests were outstanding.
