I don't understand all the hate this company gets. This service is invaluable to me. My AC was fixed and my ice maker were replaced. If adding up the total cost, The peace of mind and professionalism of AHS is worth the price to me. I was recommend AHS by a friend, and I will recommend AHS to friends.

We have had AHS since end of October when we purchased our home. We have used them twice and the results have been great both times!
Quick Response to Service appointments. They will replace an item if it cannot be repaired. No limit on how many times you can use the service. Great price for what I received. I no longer have to look for a plumber electrician or furnace repair people
My wife and I learned about American Home Shield from our daughter/Son in law. We have been using AHS for 10 years ourselves, and I now recommend them to all of my homeowner friends. I think that it is irresponsible to not have it. They vet the companies that not only do quality work but are great to be associated with. I have been a subscriber to AHS now for over 5 years and I have not one time ever been disappointed in the service, selection or service providers or the communications with the AHS office. Like many people, we always want instant service and even with COVID issues, I was able to get through with a little wait time, but never an impossible situation. They were easy to deal with other than if I wanted to know what was happening I had to call them. Each step was going forward it just seemed as though they would wait for me to call. In the end they resolved my issues wonderfully and I was very happy.
everything was taken care of. our tech was polite professional and worked rather quickly . got it done actually a couple hours before our service window.
