This was my first time using my warranty and it was a very smooth process. The repairman was in contact with me quickly, even though it was during the holidays. He was in contact through the whole process of scheduling, coming out to my house, identifying the problem, and then keeping me up to date when a part needed to be ordered. The part came in quickly within a week I was able to use my dryer!
I have been Happy with this Company since I joined.. My items were all taken care off... I just joined again for any other Year..
American home shield spray treated me very well since I’ve been a member. My only complaint is that sometimes it takes too long to get a technician to come and see the problem I am having.

AHS has been able to process requests and provided the best contractors to assist in resolving our problems. The requests have been quickly processed, and when replacing appliances, they worked within timeframes that were reasonable. In addition, AHS customer service has been extremely helpful.
Very pleased with timely response to request for service. Technician arrived on time. Quickly found and had parts available to make repairs needed. Although my request was made on weekend (Sunday) I got service early on Monday. Whole experience was smooth and successful.
