I have been an American Home Shield customer for 16+ years. They have covered me on 2 homes, and the peace of mind I have comes from the timely service, rain or shine (sometimes snow), of their contracted service technicians. Glad to have coverage. Have had issues with my furnace and they have help to make sure the work gets assigned timely and customer service has also helped to make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner.
I am extremely pleased with the service I've received from AHS over the 5+ years I have had their coverage. I have used them several times for my appliances, clothes washer, refrigerator and microwave. Each time they have provided me with a service provider, ****************, and each time both they and the provider have exceeded my expectations. I know there are many home warranty providers on the market but I highly recommend AHS based on my experience and the cost of their warranty.
