This time they were unable Unable to assign my repair to a contractordo t have enough HVAC contractors In My are, took me calli g to get a hold of a supervisor to discuss my issue. Would love to pass my concerns to senior management verbally, but I know that no one will call me.
They were quick to respond and had an appt for me with the best Heating Company who were prompt and very dedicated to getting our heat running again.

They never ordered the part.It was a heat wave and it took almost a month to get the part.The company provider could have purchased the part that day. They first never ordered it and then I had to wait for them to go through their own purchasing dept
