Every time I submit a claim, it doesn't take that long for them to have a service person call me to set up an appointment to come look at the item I'm having trouble with.

I am pleased with the service offered but the price increases are just too much. New contract is 20 dollars more a month PLUS 15 dollars more per contract call. When I first became a customer 4 years ago, my appliances were super old so I had more of a reason to think something would go out. Which they did. It's making less financial sense to keep the home warranty with these increases. The price when I joined 4 years ago was 500 for the year. It has more than doubled.
