I have not had any problems with American Home Shield. When something breaks, I call them. They send someone and i get it fixed. Customer service is great.

So far we have had excellent service, technicians arrive timely. Our only issue is we had our air looked at last season and it's out once again.

It’s a great service but prices go up every year. They are quick to respond and to get a service out to you, sometimes they don’t cover what they say but overall I’m pleased with the service.
