Some people are hard to understand but she was not.
They solve my problem and was an easy process. Since the appliance could not be fixed they replaced with a similar one without any problem

(1) Fridge repair was great; (2) microwave repair was made, then had another issue just after 30 days, so would cost another service fee to come out again, which was disappointing.
