Good for appliances I'm going on a month now with no AC though that's unacceptable
Every time I called for service.i had no problem.they took my complaint, connected me with the right company.they came out , either they was able to fix my problem or they replaced the appliances.

I have hand mostly good work done except for my air conditioner in 2021. It's been a year and they have just ignored the mess. Have to go a private company to have it replaced. Between placer heating and air and Ams they couldn't decide what to do. From May to nearly July in the heat of summer. No help then told me I would get a by out. Never happened and the they still ignore me!
