like: Calls are generally answered quickly. Customer service is generally quite polite and pleasant. I don't think I have ever had anything but pleasaness from the customer service personnel. Service requests are generally assigned fairly rapidly, and usually completed in a timely manner. Good to have one call to make to get service or repairs, so I don't have to "shop around" to find a company to do whatever work.
