I am pleased with the service offered but the price increases are just too much. New contract is 20 dollars more a month PLUS 15 dollars more per contract call. When I first became a customer 4 years ago, my appliances were super old so I had more of a reason to think something would go out. Which they did. It's making less financial sense to keep the home warranty with these increases. The price when I joined 4 years ago was 500 for the year. It has more than doubled. I've had Home Shield for 4 years now. I've had multiple problems with my HVAC. Every time they've been able to get someone out fast. Great customer service. Great contracters.
