AHS needs to "vet" the repair people they contract better, as Appliance Guard Pro told them that the repair they were doing for me was complete, and it WASN'T. I waited during the time frame for my repair appt. on April 6, and the repairman never showed up. I left several voicemails and texts to Appliance Guard Pro and NEVER got a response. I finally gave up and called in another repairman from another company, who promptly got the job done for me.
