If only you didn't have the initial out of pocket $100 just to have a service person come check and diagnose the problem, I would rate 5 stars all the way. That deductible is a killer.

Most technically astute company. I have never had a serious challenge that they could not overcome in terms of my warranty coverage. Always professional, I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Wish they would cover more parts for garage door openers, a/c & heater, etc
They're really not that bad. The only issue is the contractors they hire. They never want to put in for a replacement item for you it's sucks they comeback multiple times fix the same issue.
