Had a rocky incident with air conditioning. No repairman available during hottest week ATL has had. After much argument we restarted from Go and got job done. So far it's ok

My husband & I are new to Home Shield. I have to admit the process was simple...it didn't require us to call around for estimates. We simply logged in, entered our appliance issue and we had an immediate day & time when a tech would come thru. Sears techs came to our home...they were VERY pleasant.
