First technician did not properly repair the plumbing issue. Next technician available was too far out to address an emergency situation. I contracted a separate company to go out to the property immediately.

I am grateful we purchased American Home Shield when we bought our condo. We have had both a plumber and electrician come to fix and replace some minor things and both technicians we're great. Definitely worth the money.
