My personal experience with AHS has been positive for many years -prompt response and contractor scheduling and have repaired and replaced minor and major systems in my primary and investment property over past 20 yrs years. While some of the customer support team has been helpful, I've also had some that either couldn't or wouldn't really help. The last person who I spoke to, refused to answer my questions and kept repeating what sounded like a rehearsed prompt even though I had already told them exact time and details that I was given information by the electrical company.
