Very good interactions with American Home Shield. Although the first service technician was less than personable and didn't appear to be to happy with working with Home Shield, a second service technician was sent. The second technician was quite knowledgeable with the machine. He actually opened the machine and performed multiple tests to diagnose the problem. The second technician had a control board ordered. American Home Shield was great on the problem with our appliance. We called one mid morning and let them know we had a appliance that was not working the next day the assigned repair company call and set up a time , they came and checked it out and let us know exactly what had to be done and handled it that day. He’s did an amazing job. He got the garbage disposal unclogged in a matter of minutes. When I brought up that it smelled like it was burning, he noticed and said we will just replace it. New garbage disposal and I didn’t have to wait all day due him to show up. Thank you!

All the vendors over the years have been excellent. Our most recent experience was excellent. May Heating and Air was very easy to work with. Explained everything and they were very thorough.
