My payment went up without notice. I didn't like that the Frint Door upgrade process was anything but transparent. In the past, contractors have been shoddy (not the recent one) and arrogant.

I am happy with the technicians who AHS has sent to me in the past, however, I am shocked at the large increase in my premium. I have been a member for a long time and have always made my payments on time. Isn't there a discount for loyalty and what about a senior citizen discount which would be very helpful. Also I have friends who have AHS coverage the same as mine but there premium is less as well as their deductible which I have never understood.

As a long term American Home Shield customer (34+ years), I'm familiar with the service request, dispatch, and repair process. On my most recent service request, I had to place multiple follow up calls to get the estimate; the service provider stated the estimate would come from AHS, when I called AHS, they said the service provider would send it - the typical ping-pong runaround game.
