Several months ago myself and a company had a go around with AHS to get a problem solved before the warranty ran out on my hot water heater. Every time they or myself would call we would get a different foreign person to talk to and got a different answer. AHS installed a new hot water heater. Then it developed a problem. The manufacturer would cover the parts but not the labor. The company that installed it was willing to repair it but wanted to be paid for the labor. I have american home shield home warranty for our washer,dryer,whole house air conditioner, water heater, refrigerator i have never had a problem with them and they send a technician right away i have had them for years now

I just completed a claim with American Home Shield because by air conditioning was not cooling. They immediately had a company come out and resolve the problem! They have been great to work with any time I have a problem! Thank you, AHS!!

As a 20 year veteran of the real estate industry, AHS was always my first choice. I had them with several homes of my own. Unfortunately I had to use them a few times and definitely happy I had them in my corner.

Whenever I submit a request the company immediately schedule someone to come out to resolve the issue. The technicians assess the problem, explain the resolution repair/resolve this issue the same day unless a part is in need of replacing.
