So I have been using AHS for about two years and have had great success with their venders. The venders contact me via text with updates as well as AHS to confirm appointments. Sometimes the wait time from inspection to repair takes longer than I like but the text with updates allows me to remain calm. I have recommended them to others and I feel their fee structure gives me options.

I like that when I put in a claim, I got a response and a contractor in a timely manner. I have been with other companies and their service was terrible. In one case I had to wait several days to be contacted by a contractor and then when they finally came, I had to wait for over 45 days for them to take care of the problem. My realtor told me that AHS was reliable and so far, she has been right. I have a big problem understanding the customer representative. There English is terrible. AHS needs to have somebody who can speak English fluently
