The automated service system is limited; doesn't allow a full explanation of the problem being reported. I think we had one occasion where AHS or the vendor allowed us to record (video) the problem being reported. I thought that was brilliant. But our last service call did not. Vendor showed up and fixed the original complaint but noticed another issue while he did that repair. But he completely ignored the new issue and said we'd need to make another service claim. That's b.s.
