Waiting on parts again...It was well worth it when we weren't told we had to find our own air-conditioning solution. Claiming that we could be reimbursed. Outside companies aren't going to honor that that aren't on your list. We got stuck paying for a blower motor. Despite what your advertisement says! Now, we wait again for parts for the dryer. Yay. 👎

My almost 30 year old dishwasher has been repaired by home shield representative twice. It should be replaced for a variety of reasons primarily because it cleans the dishes poorly.
