Easy to file a claim. AHS also offers at discounted prices several other things such as handyman services, lawn care etc. Amazing customer service, website weary ti navigate and top quality companies selected to perform the services that do not offer shady business practices.

I enjoy working with American home shield because if they sent out a contractor to fix something and you do not agree with the diagnosis, they will send you a second opinion at no charge. This avoided me to pay over $1000 to a contractor that said I needed additional work, that was not covered by American home shield as it turns out the second opinion contractor fixed the job with no problem and no additional cost to me
