Very easy to call, speak with someone, and get service sent out, in my case it was the next day! Very courteous and professional services!

I had a washer break down and American home shield was prompt it getting a technician out and fixed within a week. I'm very happy with the service

My washer went out and someone came out within a few days to look at it. It couldn't be fixed. Within a week I had a brand new washer.

One improvement it took two weeks for the service to occur. When I called to see if there was another vendor who could come out sooner I was told I’d have to cancel my appt and “take a chance”. I had to throw away all the food in my refrigerator because I couldn’t get an emergency appointment.

Some times it takes several call to AHS to have a claim completed...other times it works like a charm.......but hearing stories from friends/relatives about different home warranty companies, it seems AHS is better than others for home warranty
