I have no problem with American Home Shield Warranty, I have always get my issues resolute, when I have contact AHS with an issue. However, I had an broken faucet in my kitchen and I was informed that the faucet was too hard on the faucet, but the wear and tear on for twenty years can cause to break and this was alarming to me about the kitchen faucet. I have since replaced the faucet.

The latch on my Bosch dishwasher stopped working and so we called for it to be repaired. The response was almost immediate. A technician arrived the next day. He ordered the part which, due to Covid issues. took 2 weeks to arrive, but when it did, I was called right away and the tech returned the next day and fixed it. I am very happy with the service and the very professional technician who repaired my dishwasher.
Problem was resolved quickly and professionally. I was very pleased.
AHS home warranty program works great. I had my furnace, stove, and AC fixed. I think it's pricey due to the monthly fee and co-payment when service is needed. The vendors who work with AHS are good.
I have found the technicians that come out are very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. The online submission of work requests is the most efficient. Customer service has been outsourced to India. They are not either capable or allowed to solve issues other than what you can solve yourself on line. They read from a script. Our experiences have been very good to excellent. Occasionally, the contractor assigned to the workorder has not notified us within the 24-48 hour window. The workmanship has always corrected the issue and no call-backs have been necessary.
