Easy to get ahold of and good follow up. Helped replace my refrigerator and furnace with warranty without too much hassle.

The repair technician, Matt, that I had within the last 2weeks was excellent and the best refrigerator technician that I have had since I started working with your company. He was thorough and explained to me what the problem was; he obtained the parts, even though it meant double trips to my home. I would highly recommend him.

The service people seem to do the bare minimum
So far AHS has been helping me with my issues with my appliences. They have also helped with by directly contacting the company's who haven't responded to my calls. AHS makes me feel like I'm someone special and their my personal assistant. Thank you AHS and team!
