AHS was the best price for the money and their service is AWESOME. Our refrigerator stopped cooling and it took AHS only 4 days to have a qualified repairman out and he fixed it and was gone in 45 minuets. The ice maker has also stopped working and AHS will have a repairman out very quickly to fix it. It is the best repair service I have found and I have looked, believe me. J. P.
After being hit with expensive home system repairs and appliance breakdowns over the last year, I contacted American Home Shield in the late autumn this year. We are first time homebuyers and had a home warranty included in our purchase. Less than 2 months after closing our refrigerator died. Unfortunately it took about 5 days for a technician to be able to come out, but were living in a covid world, so things are different. We were just thankful he was able to come into our house.
