I like that when I put in a claim, I got a response and a contractor in a timely manner. I have been with other companies and their service was terrible. In one case I had to wait several days to be contacted by a contractor and then when they finally came, I had to wait for over 45 days for them to take care of the problem. My realtor told me that AHS was reliable and so far, she has been right. The cost for service is a little higher than other home warranty companies that I have used ($100 vs $75 or lower) but overall, it... read more

I have a big problem understanding the customer representative. There English is terrible. AHS needs to have somebody who can speak English fluently
