We had excellent service when our sump pump was replaced. Also had problems with our central air which the company used for service came out and actually got the a/c running but said we needed a new unit. They ordered the a/c and when it came in they told us that we need new duct work and new electrical work to install the a/c at an addtional cost to us of $2,300. I had another HVAC company look at the a/c and told me duct work and electrical work would not be needed. I told your company not to install the new unit because o... read more
