the repair businesses are 50 miles away. always get an app a week after calling
I had a problem with my oven in August and they sent someone from Searis. The guy did not check the oven, even though we told him sometimes it heats and sometimes it does not. The day he came, the oven came on and 2 days later it wouldn't heat. It was doing this off and on. I told him that it was the igniter. He didn't bother to check the oven and tried to tell us how to turn the oven on. We have been living her e for 15 years and of course we know how to work an oven. Installation of hot water heater. 1st vendor came and inspected the old one and indicated a new would be required and would have to be ordered. Never heard back from that contractor. 1 1/2 months later called AHS and asked the status of our work order/claim and was informed that it had been closed. Told AHS rep that the hot water heater had not been replaced. AHS rep then assigned another vendor who responded immediately, inspected the old water heater and ordered a new water heater.
