When I say I'm highly impressed with my service from *****************. That's an understatement! I was also educated in regards to the maintenance of my washer and dryer. The company chosen to make repairs were excellent. Very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Was a little surprised by the amount I was to pay. AHS is easy to work with.
Our most recent experience with AHS was surprisingly pleasant. Our microwave quit working. I submitted a service request online. A contractor was assigned within a couple hours. The contractor contacted us the next morning and came out the same day. He had to order parts. About a week later, he returned, but found another problem. The microwave was not reparable. I took them up on an offer to maintain my hvac. It was cheap. It went well. ***** was very polite and thorough. He came masked, brought his own ladder, was generally competent.

Excellent service to date! They have worked on my fridge gas furnace washer and dryer and they have save me thousands in repairs
Have used them several times since we signed up a couple of years ago. Every time we have called the process was very easy and frustration free. I go online request service and in about 45 min I get a call from the vendor with details of my service call. Since I am still with them, I must be happy. Not perfect, but no one is nowadays.
