I Called for a refrigerator problem and a service tech was fast and professional.
Had an a/c problem and AHS had a technician there the same day I called.

They're an amazing company and, they're very professional/quick to respond to your needs! The businesses they work with are, fast in responding to your problems and, let you know what's going on every step of the process.
Most things can be handled online, but you must read the fine print to really see what is covered
AC fixed with percistance and several visits and multiple parts which was all covered by Home Shield. Very well done.
My dryer couldn't be repaired AHS replaced my dryer without any complaints.
