IAmerican Home Shield has always been attentive to my problems. They have arranged meetings with technicians and appointments. Experienced technicians have always been assigned. All have been very personable and efficient. They are thorough when diagnosing problems, ordering parts and completing work. I received an email stating that I needed to respond to this site. Refridge is still doing what I originally requested service for. It runs 24 hrs a day and does not cool.
Our bathtub was clogged and after plunging and wasting 2 bottles of drain unclogger, finally decided to put a claim in to AHS. Not only was the claim process easy thru the AHS app, I was assigned a contractor right away, called them to set up an appt and were at home the next day. I'm definitely happy with my 1st claim thru American Home Shield. I don't know what negative situations others have had with AHS, but so far so good for me.
The person who came in Monday October 26th was polite & professional. Unfortunately my hot water heater is not fixed & I have no hot water again. Now I'm in the hospital in Cookeville unexpectedly & I have to have the hot water heater looked at again.
I love the great service you guys provide in comparison to other company's but only down side is how expensive it is getting to have your services. If it wasn't for that I would have given 5 starts.
Technicians being used by AHS have been professional, on-time, and thorough with troubleshooting and repairs. Very happy with this service.
We have used AHS Since getting this property. In 17 years we have had one bad experience and one annoying experience. THIS visit by a plumber was Perfect. He arrived within the time frame and fixed the issue in under an hour. He even cleaned the sink. We have made many calls to AHS over the years and they do a great job finding great contractors. My experience was positive as have been the other few times I have had to call for service/ The technicians are always professional and friendly and they arrive in a timely manner. My furnace was not working and the tech diagnosed the problem quickly and it (thermostat) was replaced. Great Service! Barb N*****
I've been with AHS for about a year. A few issues arose and I made claims to have repairs done. Fast and easy reporting and good problem resolution by professional contractors. Happy so far.
