This was my first major appliance that I've had replaced. I was a little hesitant, as a friend of mind just had a bad experience having her hot water tank replaced (diff home warranty). I went online, put in a request, Plumber came out, surveyed my tank and area, ordered me a new tank, it took a week, they came back and install it & i had hot water again. Very satisfied with the process. Now my friend has signed up with AHS!
They handle my request quickly and professionally. I was pleased with my service technician. He was friendly,courteous,professional and explained to me how to relight my pilot in case it ever goes out.
Usually quick response to my service request. Slow on credit for service cancelled. I have one that has not been credited since cancelled service could be a faster turnaround and I will probably have to call to get action low before 10/13/2020

I was able to get my fridge fixed for only $100. When it was still acting up they sent them back out without charging me a dime. Love this company, real life saver
I didn't expect much, but AHS really came through and repaired the heating system and replaced the water heater in our new-to-us home. The claims were processed almost instantly and the repairman was here the next day. Very, very pleased
We had two major issues within 10 days. First, our hot water heater, and next our refrigerator. In both cases, the contact with AHS was kind and professional, and the service was prompt with our local providers. We are totally satisfied with the excellent service provided.
As a long term user of Home Warranties, with several companies, know what you are buying as the devil is in the details on what is covered. AHS is the best I've experienced in the industry, easy to file a claim, quick to assign someone, reasonably fast to visit and make repairs. While all home warranty companies will focus on lowest cost to get something working again, AHS has done full replacement when appropriate. I continue to renew with them year after year.
I was very satisfied with my experience using AHS . My AC unit failed late Thursday afternoon I sent an email to AHS about my issue , and within 20 minutes I received a call from AC Contractor asking me about my problems . They came out Friday am and fixed my unit , and tech told me what to look for during these hot summers in Houston Texas.
