They were always good, but have now solved the problem of difficulty getting someone to answer phones. Now I'm happy to rate 5.
I scheduled my furnace because I had water leaking out of it. I called a few days later and asked them to ADD my air conditioner in case I needed it. When service person came he said he only had the AC on his service notes. I was Not happy at all. However, he was awesome and helped me with the problem and educated me on a few items.
Both service calls (AC and Garbage Disposal) have been great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional techs.

For my home, this has been a great service. at 14 years, now is the time where the home amenities start to show some age and act up. We have had tremendous service and response for every occasion we've needed AHS. Just 3-4 service calls a year pay for the premiums, and the piece of mind in having same or next day service on any needed repair... worth it and more!
I've used the services twice so far and have been pleased with the outcome each time. It's more of peace of mind.
