The service company was fast, polite, and fixed my problem right.
compared to a few years ago ,the wait times are so much less and the assignments atr done very quickly and if you have questions , it is easier to get help.
I signed and paid my member fee. I called later as I had a leak in my dishwasher. They said it would be two weeks before someone could come out! I said I would find someone else and wound up fixing it myself. Guess I didn’t need them after all! I called and they gave me a full refund.
This was the reason I keep my home warranty plan. They replaced an old worn out AC unit with a brand new one
Always able to get thru to them even in weekends. Staff is courteous. Was having problem understanding some staff but lately it's been better
I love AHS! They have excellent coverage and customer service! We don’t just feel like a number! Their team actually cares! They have quick response times and the service is done quickly and efficiently! I won’t have another company cover my home! They are the best!
I would recommend them however the company needs to do a better job updating their customers when a case is filed. I had to contact Homeshelid multiple times while waiting for a follow up after my case was submitted. Company needs to reach out to the client before the cluent reaches out to them multiple times.
Prompt, professional service. Excellent coverage. I would prefer to be able to request the contractors I prefer on the AHS List.
Good company but has raised our rates almost $25 in the last year per month
