They connected immediately and sent someone to our home with 24 hrs to diagnose the problem. They ordered the piece needed and with in a week they resolved the problem.

Each use ( mostly determined by "contractor" chosen by AHS I've had great results and terrible- think companies should be vetted better ( if they are st all) When I check regular google and site reviews they almost ALWAYS agree with my experience
It is very easy to submit a request, we are immediately contacted by a repair company, and the repairmen have been excellent.
