They are very prompt and good resolving all the problems in one category
I have had them for many years. Price keeps going up but when an appliance needs replacement you are only given half the value
When I call for service they respond quickly
The first time I did a claim with them they took them 5 month to take care the issue but after 5 month they fix my refrigerator problem the second time I did a claim they really took them two weeks to fix my problem I highly recommend American home shield they really worth what I pay to have them I highly recommend American home shield A+
Recently had a refrigerator compressor fail. They responded quickly and professionally.
Fast service, and the professional they sent to my home was knowledgeable and friendly.
The selection of contractors is very limited and none of them are local which made the appointment scheduling limited and not as quick as it should have beeb. It was also difficult to speak to anyone from the contractors provided. Everything was handled through text and email...never verbal so I had to deal with operators from AHS who then contacted the contractors via email.
The completed work is great. Although, the schedulers won't call back and it takes several times to get through to make an appointment.
Sone isdues are resolved immediately, some are not.
