I like the timeless that my problem was solved and fixed and it’s a seamless easy process
Plans are great! When I have had issues with my A/C, contractor cam out same day for fix issue (s).
I have needed them more often than normal lately and they are always quick to provide good contractors. In the rare case that we get a contractor that doesn't provide good service, American Home Shield is also good about either sending a different contractor or sending the original contractor to fix the problem.
I have been with AHS for 18 years and been so happy but my last service Was done by a shotty contractor and they have damaged my kitchen floor and still waiting to get help with it. This company took 2 months to fix my dishwasher and caused a leak that has ruined my floor and I have yet to get help.
