Excellent service. the workman was clean, professional and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It was shocked at the incredible professionalism and the way the worker clean up after. Incredible service.
I had a problem with one of the air conditioners here. I filed a claim online with AHS. It was simple. They asked me what the problem was. I said air conditioning problem and they sent me back an email saying, "We've assigned it to Air Doctor, and they will call you within 24 hours." They did. They set up a time. They came out here and looked at the problem. Everything was fine. They cleaned up. They took care of the problem quickly. They were here for half an hour and didn't leave any parts, didn't mess anything up.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! My furnace stopped working and they replaced it with a new one. What a lifesaver as it is October and just about to get really cold here in Ohio. Probably the simplest and most pain free warranty service/request that I have ever experienced. We had a fan in the living room stop working and it was a simple claim process using the website. Fill out some information, click submit and within 24 hours I had an appointment set up for the next day. Quick and fast processing and service. I would recommend AHS to anyone.
Efficient and friendly service. When called back the same day for related issues technician returned in 30 minutes to address the issue. I am beyond pleased with the customer service and follow through.
