Customer service was above average on. Both of our issues. Other than waiting on parts, which is out of their control, everything was done ina timely manner and to our satisfaction.

The response time is super fast & it's easy to set up an appointment . My only complaint is something's are not covered .

Likes: Easy access to reliable and credible services. Also the lower onsite fee when contractors arrive to assess the claim. Dislikes: Coverage is extremely limited for $80/month and having a no claims.
