The last service call for my broken AC was perfect but the call before made no sense. The AC gentleman saw rotting in the ceiling pan which needed to be replaced. My request was denied and would probably have prevented the AC from breaking.
The communication was excellent. The professional was exceptional!

I filed a service request on May 13, 2022 for problems with the ceiling fans at my property in Apple Valley CA. As of this date, I still have not been contacted by the AHS contractor.
Excellent customer service. Repair man came within days of call. Replacement of item was not questioned and approved.
