When needing a replacement the quality to replace is never the same quality you have. Always have to pay several hundred dollars to upgrade to near quality. or the item is too expensive and cash out option is never enough. Very surprised at this!!!
Their service is really good, but they've raised my rates to almost DOUBLE what it was just a couple of years ago!

service contractors are usually prompt in arriving and diagnosimg the problems but parts ordering has been terribly slow
