Definitely worth the money to have a home warranty. There are so many appliances that can go belly up, AHS. Has a plan for every budget….

They keep raising the price, even when I haven't used the service. They don't allow us to select our own contractor online. They usually schedule someone on my do not send list, when I schedule online.
Some of the contractors they work with are better than others
