I like that AHS was able to service our problems right away to fix our problems. The only problem that I have a problem was the tech. wanted to charage me almost $400.00 for a pound and half for freon which he said we need for my A/C unit which I thought that AHS shough be included with the service call. Which he said it wasnt covered I told him no not at this time and left it at that. But I pay a monthly fee that again when a tech. is sent out it should have been covered or discounted fee.

The automated service system is limited; doesn't allow a full explanation of the problem being reported. I think we had one occasion where AHS or the vendor allowed us to record (video) the problem being reported. I thought that was brilliant. But our last service call did not. Vendor showed up and fixed the original complaint but noticed another issue while he did that repair. But he completely ignored the new issue and said we'd need to make another service claim. That's b.s.
