Coverage of claims met my expectations. Their contractors are not professional and a majority of their customer service reps are hard to understand.

Most recent service was prompt and efficient. we were very pleased. Several years ago service on our refrigerator took a very long time but eventually go done to our satisfaction. I think AHS is working to improve customer service.

AHS is pretty much your only option. They can give you bad tech's as I am sure it's a bid but you can easily request someone else if they are not doing a good job.
