Great! You assigned North Star to our last request for Washing Machine trouble and they were excellent! We left town and when we returned thought there was still some thing wrong so called you again and you sent North Star again. They came right out and all it was was the drain pipe had fell against the wall and was banging! Problem Solved! Thank You America Home Shield!
